Breakfast:

Cardamom walnut granola with yogurt and fresh fruit, gluten-free pear + walnut muffins, toast with natural peanut butter and almond butter

Seasonal herb and vegetable frittata with coconut or pork bacon, mini corn muffins, herb & garlic roasted potatoes

Lunch: DIY taco bar or assorted empanadas, mixed green salad with pomegranate seeds, candied pecans & housemade vinaigrette, and raw date/nut balls.

Dinner: red cabbage kofta with tomato gravy, basmati rice with cashews & golden raisins, arugula and beet salad, citrus polenta cake

shredded zucchini + besan (chickpea flour) crepes with chili cotija spread    

tomato basil feta (summer)/ roasted beet and goat cheese (winter) crostini

collard wraps: garam masala roasted sweet potatoes, shredded veggies, avocado and green apple  

herb + pistachio falafel, with yogurt dipping sauce  

Moroccan-spiced lamb + beef meatballs with orange and cinnamon-scented tomato sauce + feta  

fresh rolls with brown-sugar tofu, king oyster mushrooms, cilantro & ginger-shallot paste  

rice balls: deep fried, with caramelized onions, seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs & spices
